The common problems and solutions of PE solvent free lamination

Do you meet these problems before?

1. using low curing temperature, and short the curing time, but should balance the cof and bonding strength.

2. keep the coating weight as low as possible, but also should make sure the appearance is beautiful, no bubble, no white spot.

3. keep the tension of winding as low as possible, but should pay attention to the bubble.
