  • Increase the drying temperature 5-10 degree higher than normal
  • Increase the air flowing speed in drying tunnel
  • Do not use high temperature for aging/curing
Adhesive

  • Reduce the mixing ratio of -NCO hardener
  • Using 40-45% high working solid content adhesive llike JYE7701A/B
  • Using special metalized layer Laminating adhesive to avoid transferring and high bonding strength like EM3175A/B
